What are your qualifications and insurance details?

I am fully insured, DBS checked, and hold a CPD in advanced pet first aid for pet professionals, ensuring your pet is in safe and capable hands. Feel free to ask for proof of any of these!

Will my dog be walked alone or in a group?

I only offer solo walks or group walks from dogs of the same household. I do this to ensure the safety of your dog and so they can recieve the the right amount of individual fuss.

Do you let dogs off the lead during walks?

Off-lead walking is available upon request and only with your explicit permission, in safe and appropriate environments. I will only let your dog off lead once I have assessed their recall and I get to know them and have built a firm bond.

Can I track my dog's walk?

While I do not currently offer live GPS tracking, I am happy to send you photo updates during the walk if requested. I am looking into getting GPS tracking in the future.

What happens in case of an emergency?

In the unlikely event of an emergency, my advanced pet first aid training equips me to respond effectively. I will immediately contact you or your emergency contact and, if necessary, transport your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic.

What are your service areas?

PawsPilot is based in Wallasey and proudly serves the Wirral area. If you're unsure whether your location is covered, please get in touch. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer is preferable, however if you would prefer a different method please contact me and I will aim to accommodate you.
